This document governs the use of Stick.ge (the "Platform" or "Site"). By registering, posting a listing ("sticker"), or using any feature of the Site, you agree to the terms below.
1. What the Platform Is
Stick.ge is a free classifieds platform where users can post, search, and browse listings for goods and services. Stick.ge is not a party to any transaction between users — it only provides a way for sellers and buyers to find and contact each other.
2. Login and Account
You sign in and post listings using only your mobile phone number — there is no separate password or email registration. The system sends a one-time verification code (SMS) to your number, which you enter to identify yourself. You are responsible for keeping the code sent to your phone secure and must provide a number that genuinely belongs to you.
3. Posting Listings
- A listing must contain accurate, truthful, non-misleading information — a title, description, price (or a note that it is negotiable or free), and ideally photos.
- Each user may have a limited number of active listings at a time; the current limit is shown when creating a listing.
- Listings are not allowed if they: violate Georgian law; show signs of fraud or deception; advertise prohibited, dangerous, or unlawfully copyrighted goods; contain offensive, discriminatory, or obscene content; or are duplicate/spam postings.
- You are responsible for the content and rights to any photos and text you upload. By uploading, you confirm you have the right to publish that material.
4. Moderation, Reports, and Listing Status
Any user can flag a listing as fake or in violation of these rules. A listing is automatically hidden once it receives enough reports, and the administration reserves the right to review, hide, or permanently remove any listing at its discretion without prior notice — including for violations of these terms, inaccurate information, or suspicious activity.
5. Contact and Communication
On a listing page, a buyer can reveal the seller's phone number and reach out by phone call, WhatsApp, or Viber. To prevent abuse, phone reveals are rate-limited per user/IP over time. Stick.ge is not responsible for the communication, agreed terms, or outcome of any deal between users.
6. Ratings System
After viewing an item, a user may leave the seller (advertiser) a 1-to-5 star rating. Each user can rate the same advertiser once, and self-rating is not allowed. Before submitting, the system asks for confirmation to prevent accidental taps. The average rating is shown publicly on the advertiser's page.
7. Favorites and Search
Registered and unregistered users can save listings to favorites for personal use, and search/filter by keyword, category, and tags.
8. Intellectual Property
The Site's design, logo, code, and general content belong to Stick.ge. Photos and text uploaded by users remain the user's property; by posting, however, the user grants Stick.ge the right to publish and display that material on the Site (including in search results and similar-listing sections) as needed for the Site to function.
9. Limitation of Liability
Stick.ge and the information on it are provided "as is." The Platform does not guarantee the accuracy of listings, the good faith of any seller, or the quality of goods/services, and is not liable for any damage arising from negotiations, payment, or the exchange of goods between users. Always verify the seller and the item in person before completing a deal.
10. Changes to These Terms
Stick.ge may update these terms from time to time. The updated version takes effect once published on the Site. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
